This offer is directed exclusively at businesses, founders, and self-employed professionals acting in a professional/commercial capacity (B2B), and not at consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code) or equivalent consumer-protection statutes. By booking a session or package, the client confirms that they are acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession. Consumer withdrawal rights under EU/German distance-selling law therefore do not apply to these services.

3. Booking & Payment
